Our team - Get started
Tara Lunde, LICSW
Tara has over 20 years of experience in the social service field and quickly realized how mental health impacts so many facets of everyday life. This triggered a strong desire to work towards becoming a therapist. Tara, herself, has experienced symptoms of OCD, phobias, and panic disorder, which brought her to ERP therapy. As someone who has gone through ERP, Tara truly knows how it feels and has a strong desire to help clients reach their goals through ERP. Outside of the understanding of treatment, Tara also learned that mental health treatment can be expensive and out of reach for so many, and Tara has strong values in ensuring mental health treatment at RBMH is both attainable and affordable for all.

Carra Holubok, LGSW, LMSW
My name is Carra Holubok, and I've spent over six years as a social worker helping individuals and families from all walks of life. I've witnessed firsthand how our mental health can affect every part of our lives, and I believe finding the right therapist can profoundly improve overall well-being. My mission is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you'll receive unconditional support and guidance as we address your concerns and fears together.
My specialization lies in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy, particularly with a focus on trauma. Given the mental health continuum, addressing the underlying issue is crucial before progressing further. I have extensive experience supporting individuals navigating life transitions and stress. In addition to ERP, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy to alleviate symptoms related to: OCD, Trauma, PTSD, Stress-Related Disorders, AFRID, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, various Phobias, Life Transitions, and Relationship Dynamics. I have seen how these techniques can empower individuals to navigate life with improved balance.
I recognize that each person's therapeutic journey is unique. Therefore, I'm dedicated to providing personalized, solution-focused care that caters to your specific needs. I strive to ensure each session is grounded in empathy, compassion, understanding, and empowerment.

Therapist - LPCC
Pari Semsar, LPCC
Hi, I’m Pari.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. Whether you’re facing a life transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, or carrying the weight of past trauma—you’re not alone, and I’m here to help.
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth, drawing on evidence-based therapies including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. I am also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for anxiety and OCD, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma recovery.
I work with adults navigating stress, burnout, relationship challenges, or major life changes, and I particularly enjoy supporting young adults, college students, and graduates as they explore identity and adjust to new stages of life. Therapy can be a space to reconnect with your values and create a more grounded, fulfilling path forward.
As a culturally sensitive and LGBTQ-affirming therapist, I provide care in both English and Persian (Farsi), and I strive to create a space where all parts of you are welcome.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to take that step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
