Jaiden Pangier, MS in Marriage & Family Therapy

Therapist

I specialize in working with kids (6+), teens, families, and couples who are seeking deeper connection, better communication, and meaningful change. My work focuses on relationship challenges, sexual wellness, repairing disconnection, and helping families and couples move out of negative or stuck patterns. I also support concerns related to parent-teen relationship strain, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, and self-worth.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client, meeting you where you are. I primarily draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Brain-spotting (BSP), Somatic Experiencing, and Narrative Therapy.

I graduated from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Family Social Science. During my time at the University of Minnesota, I had specific experience working with BIPOC families experiencing grief from police violence. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin - STOUT in 2025 with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am currently working under the direction of supervision towards full licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

All are welcome here! I work with clients from diverse identities, backgrounds, family structures, and relationship structures. LGBTQIA+, poly, and kink friendly safe space. Therapy takes courage, especially when it involves those closest to you. I'm here to help you, your family, or your relationships heal and reconnect.
