Clarice Bailey, LADC, LPCC
Therapist
I am a dedicated mental health provider committed to supporting adults on their recovery journey and helping them reconnect with their authentic selves. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, empowered, and encouraged to grow.
I have been a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) since 2015 and became a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in 2024. I am also an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, with a specialized focus on complex and childhood trauma. Additionally, I have experience working with adults transitioning from the criminal justice system, offering compassionate, structured support during times of significant life change.
My approach is both kind and direct, integrating person-centered care with evidence-based practices. I am passionate about meeting clients wherever they are in their recovery process and often incorporate Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to help clients build insight, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time in my garden, being with my family and grandchildren, and relaxing on the lake - soaking in nature and sunshine.
